Privacy policy.

01What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you order or create an account; the recipient's name, address and phone number; the card note you write; and your order history.

Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

02Why we use it

To tie, write and deliver your order, to send the confirmation and the delivery photo, and to answer your messages. If you opt in, we also send the bouquet of the week every Thursday; you can unsubscribe from any email.

03Recipients' details

The recipient's details are used only for the delivery you booked. We never add recipients to our mailing list or contact them for any other reason.

04Cookies and local storage

The site stores your basket, favourites and cookie choice in your browser so they are still there when you come back. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie bar.

05Who we share it with

Our payment provider, our email service and, for corporate invoices, our accountant. Each one processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

06Your choices

You can see, correct or delete your details at any time from your account, or by writing to hello@example.com. We answer within 30 days.
